Initial thoughts about Redwood

Yesterday, monday February 6th, I went to Redwood Texas. I saw many signs that it was a lower income neighborhood, most notably the large percentage of homes that where trailers. There were not a lot of business in Redwood, and closest thing they had to a grocery store was the meat market. Inside the meat market I was trying to communicate with one of the store employees. However, I was met with a language barrier, and the employee, whose name I forgot, only spoke a little bit of english. I will require a translator in order to communicate with the people in the neighborhood. My original research philosophy and neighborhood map I have heard many statements concerning Redwood, but I would prefer to say anything about the neighborhood until I investigate. Here is a map from Google Maps.
